Technical Lead

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our growing team in either Vietnam or Japan. This role requires strong technical expertise in full- stack development, cloud infrastructure, and architecture design. You&039;ll lead development teams, drive architectural decisions, and ensure technical alignment with international clients — particularly in Japan, North America, Korea, and Singapore.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Manage project schedules, team resource planning, and technical reporting.
Location working: HCMC office (Phu Nhuan Dist.) or Japan (Kansai)
Evaluate current systems, improve scalability, security, and performance, and promote best practices.
Guide onsite and offshore teams in Vietnam on implementation, code reviews, design standards, and technical excellence.
Architect scalable and secure systems.
Provide hands- on technical leadership across multiple projects involving enterprise systems, web/app or integrations, and AI- based solutions.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development, including:
2+ years in a leadership role (Team Lead or Technical Lead).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Full- stack (Prefer: Java or Angular or ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, C.NET )
Experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS) and CI/CD pipelines
Proactive, organized, and solution- driven mindset.
Database experience (Prefer: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB or RDBMS, stored procedures,...)
Backend integration with REST APIs & microservices

Language Requirements (one of the following):

English: Proficient for communication with international clients
Japanese: Business level or above (JLPT N2 or higher) for direct client interaction

Nice to have:

Familiarity with AI or Generative AI concepts is a big advantage.
Strong fundamentals in object- oriented design, data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and file handling
Experience with DevSecOps practices such as Snyk code scans is a plus.
