Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers working on various projects for our clients. Ensure that engineering best practices are followed and that deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation across multiple projects, balancing the needs of clients with the capabilities and availability of the engineering team. Identify opportunities to optimize resource utilization and improve project efficiency.
Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of software development projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Technical Strategy: Contribute to the development of technical strategies and roadmaps for the software development team. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our service offerings.
Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support the career development of team members.
Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the software solutions delivered to clients. Conduct code reviews, perform testing as/if needed, and enforce coding standards.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing any technical concerns or challenges, and offering strategic guidance to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirement:

Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects and leading high- performing teams.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong technical background in software engineering, with expertise in modern development technologies and methodologies.
Experience working in an outsourcing or consulting environment is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and other stakeholder
