Product Ownership:

DevOps & CI/CD Practices:
Equip the team to handle deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in production environments effectively.
Implement and manage DevOps workflows, optimizing development processes with CI/CD pipelines.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
In- depth understanding of finance architecture.
Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering finance applications.
Over 7 years of software development experience, including several years in leadership or managerial roles.
Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience with both front- end and back- end technologies, such as React and Node.js.
Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering growth and enhancing productivity.
Excellent problem- solving skills with the capacity to make critical decisions under pressure.
Agile Development: Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands- on experience in managing and refining Agile processes for development teams.
Communication Skills:
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
3+ years of experience in leadership or managerial roles is highly desirable.
