Technical Lead

We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong backend engineering background, deep expertise in Go and Python, and a drive to grow into AI- driven product development. You will architect, build, and optimize strong backend systems powering global mobile apps, while mentoring a team and collaborating cross- functionally.

As a
Technical Lead
in our team, you will:

Ensure security and data protection measures are implemented in backend systems.
Team Leadership: Builds and leads a high- performing team. Responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring engineers.
Culture Development: Cultivates a strong culture that is aligned to company core value.
Performance Management: Sets clear goals for the team and evaluates performance against these goals to ensure continuous improvement.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Write clean, maintainable, and well- documented code for new and existing applications.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define, design, and deliver high- quality software solutions.
Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems and APIs.
Collaborate with front- end developers to integrate user- facing elements with server- side logic.
Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Participate in basic DevOps activities.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in backend development and contribute to improving existing processes and practices.

Fluent in Golang and Python programming skill
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the systems that you work on.
Fundamental knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and deployment process
Fluent in database designing and optimization, including SQL and noSQL database
7+ years of professional experience in backend engineering
Excellent problem- solving and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Great logical, critical thinking and data- driven mindset
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.

SALARY & BONUS: Additionally to the 13th- month salary, you will have an attractive remuneration package including bonuses based on the KPI and hot rewards for each project. Salary review occurs twice annually based on performance and contribution.
