RESPONSIBILITIES
We seek a leader with both technical expertise and a business- oriented mindset to drive this success. Your mission is to build a cross- functional ID platform that provides a smooth service experience to our customers, promotes site usage, and enhances the overall value of our business.
This role provides the opportunity to transform the customer experience from both technical and business perspectives. By leading the adoption of new technology stacks and modernizing legacy monolithic applications, you will enhance service value and significantly impact the overall business.

Ensure the security level meets business requirements
Operate the core platform services in the production environment and develop additional features
Facilitate smooth communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure project success
Ensure code quality and release quality
Lead technology selection and software architecture decisions
Manage project timelines and deliverables

Qualification

Demonstrated ability to proactively address challenges and communicate effectively.
Proven expertise in designing and developing medium to large- scale applications.
Practical experience with authentication and authorization middleware, including Keycloak, AWS Cognito, Auth0, and similar platforms.
Over 10 years of experience as a server- side engineer.
Hands- on experience with front- end technologies.
At least 7 years experience in Java development.
Strong foundational knowledge of core technologies such as authentication, authorization, session management, and secure web application development.
Decent communication English skill to work with global members.
