Technical Lead JavaScript

- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the director.
- Support Devs recruitment process (CV screenings, candidates interview, candidates evaluation through technical tests)
- Ensure code quality
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required
- Leading staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.

- Excellent full- stack knowledge of JavaScript development (React/NodeJS)
- Desire to stick with the Company
- 1+ years of experience in technical lead position
- Experience with project management (Jira, Trello or equivalent)
- Great self- organization with any tool (Todo, ClickUp or equivalent)
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Fluent in English
- Experience with devops (AWS, Azure or equivalent)

- Salary: Upto 3000$ (No OT)
