Technical Lead (JavaScript / Python)INNOMIZE

We’re seeking a Technical Lead to guide our development team in building scalable, secure, and high- quality applications for international clients. You’ll take charge of architecture, technical decision- making, and project delivery, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Engineering Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure REST and gRPC APIs.
Implement cloud- native solutions with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
Willingness to learn and adapt to other technologies or languages (e.g., .NET, Go) based on project or system requirements.
Manage authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OIDC, Auth0, Keycloak, AWS Cognito).

Leadership & Team Responsibilities

Support and drive adoption of software engineering best practices.
Set standards and promote best practices across projects.
Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, helping them grow and succeed.

Project & Client Responsibilities

Translate client requirements into technical designs and documentation.
Assess project risks and recommend solutions.
Provide technical input for proposals and pre- sales activities.
Work closely with international clients to understand requirements, define scope, and provide technical solutions.
Coordinate with PMs, QCs, DevOps, and stakeholders for smooth delivery.

REQUIREMENTS
Must- Have

5+ years in software development with strong backend (Node.js; Python) and frontend (React, Angular, etc.) skills.
At least 1 year of leadership experience in guiding engineers and managing project delivery.
Proven leadership and project coordination experience.
Experience integrating APIs, version control (Git), and distributed systems.
Strong communication skills in English.
Hands- on with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and microservices.

Nice- to- Have

Experience with observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK).
Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Helm).
Experience with GenAI (OpenAI, Gemini, LlamaIndex, etc.) and AI- powered development tools.
Secure coding and API security knowledge.
