Technical Lead (New Package Development) Onsemi Viet Nam

JOB SCOPE
• Work with product platform leaders on new package development in BU priority projects and product roadmap.
• Lead initiatives on new package development for next generation packages.
• Provide assistance in activities related to derivative NPD (qualified products), second source, cost reduction, etc to respective sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To develop new pkg platform leaders/team members and ensure timely execution of the roadmap.
• To work with platform leader and BU to understand internal/customer reliability and application requirements and translate that to an appropriate plan in package development.
• To lead periodic technical review with steering committee and stakeholders according to GWP requirements.
• To work with BU and program management team to define the project scope and planning the execution.
• To lead technical discussions within CE on matters related to the new package development.

• Experiences in semiconductor process, material is an added advantage.
• Degree or Master’s in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical) or Physics/Chemistry.
• Possess strong fundamental knowledge in Metallurgy. Knowledge in semiconductor related
