We&039;re looking for a Technical Lead (NodeJS / Java) to join our growing development team. In this role, you’ll lead talented engineers in building high- quality, scalable, and secure applications for our international clients. You&039;ll be part of a collaborative, respectful, and high- performing team where your voice matters and your contributions drive real impact.
WHAT YOU&039;LL BE DOING
Engineering Responsibilities
Set up CI/CD pipelines and manage DevOps workflows.
Use Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Integrate authentication systems (OAuth2, OIDC, Auth0, Keycloak, etc.).
Develop and maintain scalable, secure REST/gRPC APIs.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security across cloud- native apps.
Leadership & Team Responsibilities
Resolve bottlenecks and lead architectural enhancements.
Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.
Mentor engineers and lead technical execution across projects.
Project & Client Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and propose solutions.
Support pre- sales activities with technical input and solutioning.
Work with cross- functional teams (PM, QA, DevOps) to ensure timely delivery.
Translate business needs into technical documentation and architecture.
REQUIREMENTS
Must- Have
Strong hands- on backend development experience with Node.js and/or Java (Python is a plus).
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Proficiency with CI/CD, containerization (such as Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid frontend development skills using React, Angular, or other modern frameworks.
Deep understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Practical experience working with AWS or Azure.
Strong communication and documentation skills in English (written and verbal).
Proven leadership and project coordination experience.
Experience integrating with third- party APIs and building internal services.
Nice- to- Have
Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
Exposure to Generative AI tools (OpenAI, LlamaIndex, etc.) and ability to apply AI to dev workflows.
Knowledge of secure coding and API security.
Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
