We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineering Lead to join our growing development team. In this role, you’ll lead talented engineers in building high- quality, scalable, and secure applications for our international clients. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Engineering Responsibilities
Set up CI/CD pipelines and manage DevOps workflows.
Develop and maintain scalable, secure REST/gRPC APIs.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security across cloud- native apps.
Use Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Integrate authentication systems (OAuth2, OIDC, Auth0, Keycloak, etc.).
Leadership & Team Responsibilities
Resolve bottlenecks and lead architectural enhancements.
Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.
Mentor engineers and lead technical execution across projects.
Project & Client Responsibilities
Support pre- sales activities with technical input and solutioning.
Translate business needs into technical documentation and architecture.
Work with cross- functional teams (PM, QA, DevOps) to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and propose solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Must- Have
5+ years of Fullstack development experience.
Proven leadership and coordination experience.
Strong backend (Node.js/Java; Python is a plus) and frontend (React, Angular, etc.) skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Solid experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Strong understanding of microservices and API integration.
Nice- to- Have
Knowledge of secure coding and API security.
Exposure to Generative AI tools (OpenAI, LlamaIndex, etc.) and ability to apply AI to dev workflows.
Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
