Technical Lead (Team Leader, Golang, Cloud)

Position Overall DescriptionWe are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake.
Principal Accountabilities

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high- performing engineering team.
Project Management:
Oversee the end- to- end development lifecycle of mobile and web applications.
Collaborate with product managers to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Architecture and Design:
Ensure the scalability, performance, and maintainability of our applications.
Drive technical decisions and provide guidance on architecture and design.
Development:
Be hands- on with coding and contribute to the development of critical features.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any related field
Domain Expertise:
A Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development
Approximately 5 years of experience in the fintech domain, with a focus on developing financial products.
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with databases, demonstrating a working knowledge in RDS and NoSQL databases. Proficient in database design, optimization, and effective management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
Strong command of backend technologies, particularly with Go (Minimum 3 years of experience).
Demonstrated expertise in full- stack development with a focus on cross- platform mobile app development using Flutter and web app development using React.
Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architecture
Leadership and Collaboration:
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams
Project Management:
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to delivery.
Problem- Solving:
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions
