Technical Manager

Development and Maintenance
Discuss with project team to analyze and understand requirements of the products
Maintain existing system and develop new functions as required
Develop and deploy new systems
Documentation and Communication
Assist prepare the proposal on business enhancement as well as potential product development
Assist Prepare and manage the technical documents
Others
Collaborate with project leaders and other stakeholders to get projects done on time with high quality
Report to Manager issues related to projects, work of team and the company
Approach and research new technologies to apply to the company&039;s projects
Support the estimation of new projects

Experience:
Experienced in writing technical documents, workflows
More than 10 year experience in equivalent positions
Graduated from college/university majoring in IT or related majors
Language:
Good English skills (reading, writing)
Skill:
Experience in Java developing language and Java Spring- Framework or C
Proficient in Optimization and System Analyzer
Deep knowledge and experience in applying Design Patterns
Experience in constructing & operating storage in Large Data Distributed
Understanding & experience in Data structure, Algorithm, Distributed Service
Knowledge in Data Structure
8+ years of work experience on Backend systems or Java applications to serve large- scale and high traffic projects.
Experience with RESTful, GIT
Knowledge in System Architecture and MSA
Acknowledgments:
Experience in the following areas is an advantage: DEVOPS, CI/CD, Docker
