Technical Manager

* Job Description:
- Plan to check and evaluate the system status and make recommendations and solutions for implementation.
- Ensure projects operate in accordance with set standards, daily operation as well as periodic maintenance of the system.
- Check and approve drawings, construction registration of contractors working in the building.
- Ensure that the information about the customer&039;s request is resolved on time and within a specific time.
- Perform other tasks assigned by higher managers.
- Find and evaluate suppliers for procurement and maintenance services and recommend to the higher manager.
- Periodically work with the authorities; the fire prevention and fighting police, environmental agencies, etc.
- Manage records, inspect fire protection.
- Prepare annual budget for operation and maintenance of technical systems of each project, and monthly budget.
- Report and promptly handle important issues affecting the technical system.

- At least 2 years of experience as Technical Management role of housing and condominium projects.
- Good information management, problem- solving, conflict resolution, negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electricity / Electrical Refrigeration or relevant fields.
