KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with business to point out pain points, collect requirement and develop project plans, timeline, and budgets; identifying resources needed
Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on- time completion
Promote enthusiasm for members to complete work quickly and effectively
Orientation business analysis
Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
Make suggestions and work with businesses to come up with solutions
Manage product development team.
Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
Candidate Requirements:
At least 4+ years of experience in Project or Product Manager positions.
Know how to build and set up the system.
Able to lead a team of developers follow agile & scrum methodology
Experience of project tools like Jira, Git, etc
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (IELTS 7.5)
Good command of reading and writing of English.
Knowledge or work experiences in any of the following programing languages or technologies: .NET, SQL, JavaScript, Flutter, react native, NodeJS, etc
At least 8 years of experience in the software development field.
Understanding social media, news, digital communication, e- commerce and payment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working across business units, understanding their issues and managing their expectations.
Able to work independently, in a work group or under pressure
