Technical Manager (Sportswear/Garment)

Our client is a foreign- invested company, now looking for a Technical Manager (Sportswear/Garment, 2000$, ID14525)

Ensures that garment samples conform to corporate specifications / requirements by conducting fit & pattern evaluations, as defined by client’s needs.
Actively engaged with provide technical advice & guidance to merchants/ QA Team to ensure that samples meet defined standards.
Advising and implementing technical improvement solutions to improve production efficiency.
Update new informs of pattern, fitting and designing in sample development changes.
Work with technical or design team in styling, fitting, pattern or construction of all samples.
Handling technical issues in the production process, supporting technical solutions
Knowledge of fabric constructions and fabric behaviors
Support the Garment Technologist or Garment Senior Technician to develop standard methods for new production techniques.
Work with QA team to improve quality in the areas of sewing and construction,

Strong leadership skills, proactive problems solving and manage multiple challenges effectively.
Having minimum 3- 5 years of working experience at the same position in garment technical management in Sportswear/Garment (Camping Clothes/Bags)
Good in spoken & written English
Bachelor’s degree in textile, fashion or related discipline preferred.
