Technical Manager (TN EMS)

Description:
The technical manager oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of technological company systems and processes, including troubleshooting any potential issues. Responsible for making key decisions that relate to continuous improvement within all areas of technical operations, and managing the teams that are developing products and processes, In technical he is interface of customers, sales department and operational functions within the company.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate the regular testing of products to address faults, and provide evaluations in order to improve them
Act as technical reference support and expertise for Quality, Operations departments.
Act as a key contact with customers during feasibility, prototyping, quoting, process validation stages and in case of technical issues.
Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high- level of expertise and knowledge
Provide guideline for Operations and Quality Department regarding key maintenance and OEE improvement actions from technical point of view.
Lead a team of staff developing products and processes, and address training needs when necessary
Strong technical ability to define, select, and supervise installation of new machines, devises and new technology.
Maintain, drive, supervise and implement state- of- art technical standards, systems and processes
Working on budgeting and planning.
Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards
Lead and support KAIZEN/Improvement initiatives, automation and robotization, digital factory.
Lead and support development of SOP, control plan, PFMEA and related process development deliverables.

Proven experience in Electronic/EMS/PCB manufacturing sector as technical/Engineering Manager
Technology, innovation fun.
Experience in automotive sector is highly appreciated.
Proven track record of achieving process development, new product introduction and implementation of new technologies.
Proficiency in English.
Entrepreneurial approach to business development.
