Lead and mentor a dedicated team of technical specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Design and execute a robust governance framework to ensure platform integrity and compliance.
Oversee and manage the deployment and functionality of the Microsoft Power Platform, aligning with business development strategies.
Collaborate with the Center of Competence (CoC) to further Hyper- automation and Low Code initiatives.
Develop and standardize platform processes, and spearhead the creation of new components as well as the release of custom and standard platform features.
Coordinate the release and integration of new platform features, keeping pace with the latest advancements.

Yêu cầu công việc

International experience is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of hands- on full- stack development experience, including significant leadership responsibilities.
Strong grasp of agile methodologies, web technologies, and system architecture principles.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
Proactive, self- motivated, and able to work collaboratively with a results- driven mindset.
A Bachelor&039;s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems (B.Sc. or B.Eng.).
