Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly capable Technical Project Manager to lead software and system integration projects, working with international clients across sectors including energy, IT, and enterprise solutions. You will be the communication bridge between clients and development teams (both onsite and offshore) and ensure high- quality, on- time delivery aligned with global standards.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Manage and coordinate team members to ensure successful and timely delivery of high- quality software.
Provide status updates and stakeholder presentations.
Act as a liaison between international clients (especially in Japan, US, UK, Korea, Singapore) and offshore teams in Vietnam.
Mentor and guide team members to support their technical and professional growth.
Lead end- to- end project delivery including planning, execution, and reporting.
Improve system performance, user experience, and reporting efficiency.
Location working: HCMC office (Phu Nhuan Dist.) or Japan (Tokyo)
Facilitate communication with stakeholders, discussing technical topics such as Java- based architectures, integration flows (API, data sync, messaging), and AWS cloud infrastructure.Monitor risks, manage issues, track progress, and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Japanese PM methodologies.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira or Redmine.
Experience managing distributed/offshore development teams.
5+ years of experience in project management or software development.
Strong technical background with knowledge in: Java- based backend systems or System integration projects.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Language Requirements (one of the following):
Japanese: Business level or above (JLPT N2 or higher) for direct client interaction
English: Proficient for communication with international clients

Preferred Qualifications:

Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure is a plus.
