We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead software projects for our UK clients. You’ll manage cross- functional teams to ensure top- quality delivery and collaborate closely with international teams. Strong leadership, communication, and a sharp focus on project quality are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Facilitates collaboration between developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Organizes meetings, standups, and progress reports follow Agile/Scrum methodology
Implement best practices for process improvements and team efficiency.
Defines project scope, timeline, and deliverables, breaks down work into manageable tasks
Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Work with clients to understand and manage their expectations
Develops mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

Yêu cầu công việc

Familiarity with GCP technologies is a strong advance
Preferably PMP, PMI- ACP, CSM, CSP, or PSM certified
Prior experience as a Software Developer is a plus
Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English
Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or other project management tools.
Strong problem- solving, stakeholder management, and decision- making skills.
Solid knowledge of with Agile/Scrum methodology
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
From 5 years of experience in software project management
