Technical Project Manager

Client onboarding: hands- on supporting users of our platform and getting clients’ feedback
Provide comprehensive reports on the actual status of the team to the Head, Director, and relevant parties, ensuring information is transparent and clear.
Monitor and control the execution of work, ensuring progress and quality according to the plan and commitments with stakeholders.
Connect team members, build team spirit.
Coordinate with the Tech Lead to manage the work of team members in the project/department to ensure the goals of time and product/service quality are achieved.
Manage full project cycle: conduct scoping with the client, plan & review timelines and dependencies, follow up with all parties
Plan and schedule the project, establish procedures, and regulations within the project/department, ensuring compliance with the company’s processes and regulations.

Strong organizational, analytical and problem- solving, negotiation, presentation skills
Quick problem- solving skills, high sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn, agility, and dynamism in work.
Prefer candidates with a special background in technology, especially in projects related to data and AI.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, with over total 4 years of experience in Software Development industry, which includes least 2- 3 years of experience in managing technology projects, with a preference for candidates with PMP certification.
Proficient in English
Have experience using project development models such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
Good human relation skills, ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.
Teamwork and independent work skills, ability to handle work pressure.
