Technical Project Manager Agile Coach/L, Scrum Master

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be handed the reins in project management for the company. Along with managing IT projects independently according to IT project life- cycle standards, you’ll also be in charge of mentoring and coaching other members. Collaborating with various other teams within the company, you’ll ensure the nature, maintenance, and standards for every project under your watch run seamlessly and on time. Collectively, your efforts will help align the stakeholder’s business targets with the right projects’ objectives and outcomes.

Ensure products (mobile app, web app, and back- end systems) are shipped against aggressive deadlines and exacting standards
Provide status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership
Be the operational heart of a cross- functional team of developers, designers, QA,s and product managers, to allocate tasks, prioritize features, manage releases.
Manage the execution of multiple complexities, technically oriented projects in parallel

Yêu cầu công việc

Have the technical knowledge to understand the requirement, architecture, and to work with multiple teams
Experience in IT/Internet/Software field with experience working with both Developers and Non- Dev colleagues
Background in Computer Science, Engineering. Master’s degree is a plus
Solid organization, leadership, team- building, and mentorship experience
Good at English and are a confident communicator
Experience working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead
