Technical Project Manager (English,React Native,NodeJS)

We are looking for Technical manager position for our software applications. Your main responsibility will be:
Technical Expertise:

Influence the technical direction of dependent teams, ensuring alignment with overall objectives
Code to support project development
Ensure the delivery of high- quality solutions by maintaining a balance between delivery speed and quality oversight.
Guide the team in making appropriate technical decisions, avoiding over- engineering or under- engineering solutions.
Take ownership of the software’s lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and smooth transitions.

Leadership

Provide actionable and constructive feedback to team members, facilitating their professional development.
Manage team performance and career development, contributing to performance reviews and identifying growth opportunities.
Act as an active mentor within the team, promoting growth and learning opportunities.
Ensure a productive, effective, and efficient work environment that promotes resilience in the face of challenges and minimizes single points of failure.

Must have

Experienced with Domain Fintech is a big plus
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Experienced in US market
The ability to lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team
Strong at least one of programming languages/framework such as React Native/ReactJS/NodeJS/.Net
Strong communication in English
Strong knowledge of project management practices: budgeting (estimation), planning, monitoring and control, quality management and communication.
Experienced with mobile app development
Experienced at least 3 years as Project Management/ Team Management
Experienced in IT outsourcing software company
Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and management skills
Excellent analytical skills
Having technical background, be enable to review code
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

Nice to have:

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II) is an advantage
Strong knowledge of various software development practices such as Agile, XP, LEAN and DevOps. Jira/Confluence experience is preferred.
Well- organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure
Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues.
International education and/or experience working abroad is considered a strong asset (as most of our customers are based outside of Vietnam).
