Technical Recruiter (IT Outsource)

Responsibilities

Work closely and report directly to the TA Lead.
Work closely with TA Team Lead to hit timely sprint goals
Seek multiple and effective sources of a proactive talent sourcing approach to identify, pipeline & engage with potentially suitable candidates for both multiple short and long- term hiring goals of various clients;
Partner with relative stakeholders including but not limited to BD Team, Project Clients, e.t.c to understand personnel requirements to deliver the high- quality resource for project
Consult clients by providing TA guidance on talent requirements, and hiring plans according to business timelines;
Act as a collaborator with BD Team & TA Lead to ensure the smooth operations of TA practices with high- quality customer service aspect;
Figure out ensure solutions to hit achievement of the timely goals;

Qualifications and Skills:

Be comfortable with fast- paced work with sales- driven pusher as motivators;
Be result- driven and have high sense of commitment;
Strong sourcing and logical talent mapping skills;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels.
Have integrity, transparency, positive thinking, and be open- minded;
Be self- starter with a collaborative, can- do attitude who can quickly adapt to changes & fast- growing environments;
3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably at Staffing, It Outsourcing firms or fast- growing Technology companies;
