Sunbytes is on the lookout for a dynamic Technical Writer to bolster our newly formed team, dedicated to serving our esteemed Dutch client in the thrilling realm of IoT security. You&039;ll be collaborating with a group of exceptionally talented individuals hailing from various corners of Europe and Asia.
Responsibilities
Develop easy- to- understand guides that cater to the needs of both technical and non- technical users, ensuring a positive user experience.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and cross- functional teams to gather in- depth knowledge of our product.
Create, manage, and maintain documentation, implementing effective versioning practices to keep track of changes and updates.
Regularly review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in product features, updates, and improvements. Ensure that documentation remains accurate and aligned with current offerings.
Produce clear, concise, and well- organized technical documentation that meets industry standards and is tailored to the intended audience, including user manuals, administrator guides, and release notes.
