Position: Technology Management Consulting Practice
Consulting Practice will work closely with senior members of our consulting practice to provide a range of client support activities while gaining a deep knowledge and understanding of our culture, protocols, methodologies, and processes & most importantly, technology and it&039;s application.
You will collaborate with other team members to better understand our client’s issues and challenges and be responsible for aiding the execution of mutually agreed work plans.
There will be a requirement to assist the sales process, delivering presentations, requirements gathering, and proof of concept activities for existing and prospective customers.
This position is a team role focused on delivering practical outcomes for our clients. Acting as an aspirational figurehead for other staffers in Vietnam, this role will be responsible for meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This sought- after role is suitable for accomplished and ambitious self- starters who wish to build a career in management consulting but not in theory but end- result with the help of technology.

Core Responsibilities
Overall
§ Represent ZenGlobal in business pitches and attend operations meetings when needed to actively contribute to product and business strategy.
§ Consistently demonstrate competence, gravitas, strategic thinking, innovation, action, and delivery.
§ Gain a deep knowledge and understanding of ZenGlobal culture, protocols, methodologies, and processes.
§ Engage and contribute to strategic relationships, including partners and clients.
§ End- to- end implementation various technology systems for different clients
§ Help develop ZenGlobal vision, strategies, methodologies, and processes together with the broader management team.
§ Develop and maintain relationships with key ZenGlobal internal and external stakeholders.
§ Work closely with senior members of the ZenGlobal consulting practice to provide a range of client support activities.
§ Take an active role to develop the team&039;s talent as well as assessing needs and resource planning and fulfillment on an ongoing basis.

Requirements
§ Applicants must be accomplished and ambitious self- starters who wish to build a career in management consulting.
§ Applicants are required to read, write, and speak Vietnamese and English.
§ bachelor&039;s degree in business, finance, computer science, or related fields.
§ Understanding of standard business practices such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, and management reporting.
§ Like technology and love how technology work. No need come from IT background but problem solving is key to success.

The Role
§ We offer a hybrid yet collegial working environment:
§ Salary: Starting from $500 per month[i].
§ Probation period: 2 months (80% mutually agreed Pay- rate)
§ Required to take at least 90 mins per week for training. (Business practice, communication skill, new software/tools practice and innovation mindset training are compulsory.) This position will off all- comprehensive ongoing training. Must accomplished Sale Enable Training and Service Delivery Training by ClickUp (with Exam) during probation.
§ Online: Using ClickUp and other contemporary communication channels.
§ Onsite: Ho Chi Minh offices: District 7/District 1.
§ Clients/Partner’s office: Mostly in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, and nearby provinces.
§ Clear roadmap for career development with flexible choices.
§ Performance feedback: Every week for first month. Every 2 weeks for second and follow- up months.
§ Working schedule: Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm.
