• Respond to customers with information about products/services.
• Coordinate with related departments to best serve customers.
• Schedule appointments between potential customers and sales staff.
• Contact potential customers by phone, promote and introduce information about products/services.
• Report and update customer information on the system.
• Provide documents, presentations, and advertising information to potential customers and customers who have used products/services.

• Responsible, enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Use office information technology well.
• Persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Have communication skills.
• Fluency in English
• Have experience working in the field of telemarketing, telephone sales telesales or similar.
