Telesales Executive

Here’s what you will do day- to- day

Monitoring KPIs and company achievements
Calling customers and updating them about the company&039;s products, services, or new launches (Vui App) to increase user activation
Maintaining and updating database with customer information
Keeping up- to- date with the latest industry developments and company offerings
Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences

Graduate degree
Excellent sales techniques especially on the phone
At least 2- 3 years experience in a telesales environment, preferably in the services industry (SaaS, EduTech, Insurance,...)
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Vietnamese
