Job Description:
Create test plans and trace matrices to requirements and test scripts
Write, review and execute formal test scripts including setup and data requirements, procedures and expected results
Manage test activities (resource/cost/schedule/metrics) for medium to large projects
Demonstrate appropriate interpersonal skills required to establish effective working relationships with clients and/or business partners
Engage with all team members including developers, business users and business analysts. Teams may be local or distributed across multiple ICON locations
Direct the work of test analysts and testers
Research, learn, apply and distribute information within the organization regarding Software Testing tools, techniques and market trends
Provide direct input to project estimates and documentation (Project Plan document, FRS, Design docs)
Identify complex or sensitive problems
Contribute to definition and refinement of testing processes and procedures and apply analytical skills to determine testing strategies
Use agile planning and effort methods to estimate tasks and create schedules

equired skills/Experience:
Experience in testing documentations (Test Plans & Test Scripts)
Minimum 2- 4 years of Katalon Testing experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as facilitation skills
Expertise into Automation Testing & Interface Testing
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience in Desktop Application testing is an advantage
Years of experiences:
We expect a candidate to have at least 2- 3 years of experience. However, we accept good candidate with 0- 2 years of experience as well.
