Test Engineer

Manage course- level units such as IE (Industrial Engineering) PE (Product
Engineering) ME (Mechanical Engineering) AME (Auto- Machine Engineering) TE
(Test Engineering)
Set department work goals based on company goals, conduct plan reviews, and
perform progress reviews.
Deployment and position arrangement of department managers, performance
appraisal and promotion/replacement management.
New product quotation review, including MVA, Capex List, BOM, packaging
specifications, UPH HC, Consumable list, etc.
New product introduction project plan follow- up and related technical information,
such as 3D, DFM, MTP, PFC, Capex list, customer BOM, TA review.
Review of product engineering documents PFC, CapEx List, Consumable list, SOP,
BOM, workshop Layout, ECN, PFMEA, MIL, FACA, maintenance plan and other
related documents.
Review and implement abnormality handling countermeasures during product trial
production and mass production, and connect with internal quality assurance and
external customers.
Responsible for the review and implementation of countermeasures to improve
product quality and efficiency.
Responsible for the improvement of professional skills of department personnel and
team division of labor.
