Job Description Summary: OnePay is seeking a dynamic and experienced QA/QC Software Test Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions by leading the testing efforts across various projects. As a Test Lead, you will work closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to implement effective testing strategies, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC software engineers.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure the team&039;s success in delivering high- quality software.
Test Execution:
Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non- functional requirements.
Create/ update test Design specification basing on the requirements
Conduct performance, security, and scalability testing to identify and address potential issues.
Automation:
Drive the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
Work closely with the development team to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Defect Management:
Manage the defect life cycle, from identification to resolution, tracking and reporting defects in a timely manner.
Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and address critical issues.
Perform bug reporting using an automated bug tracking system
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Ensure that testing artifacts are up- to- date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and highlight any potential risks or issues.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on design and development to ensure testability.
