Our ideal candidate will be working with our Developers, Engineers, and Test Engineers to manage, develop and execute manual & automation tests to ensure product quality. Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and apply testing strategies and processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Stay up- to- date with new testing tools and test strategies
Create detailed, comprehensive and well- structured test plans and test cases
Manage a team of Software Test Engineers to specify, design, implement, and evolve our manual & automated test framework to achieve higher test throughput with increased accessibility and test execution flexibility
Conduct performance review, evaluate training and development
Conducting system diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting to identify areas for continuous improvements and resolve complex software issues
Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of QET/QA methodology & software development processes (Agile, Scrum)
8+ years of experience in testing & managing/leading teams
Fluent in object- oriented programming with a minimum of 2 years of use of OO languages such as Java, C/C++
Experience working with automation framework and automated test
Strong ability to communicate effectively in English
Extensive experience with various types of testing including unit, component, integration, system, performance, user acceptance, reliability, usability, and exploratory testing
