JOB DESCIPTION
• Participate in brainstorming and developing concepts, ideas for events
• Be able to give out solutions, which are both workable and creative
• Work with account dept. to get the client’s brief
• Design all 3D materials for event based on brief
• Creative skills:
Ability to design 3D spaces and content imagery based on client requirements and event objectives.
Ability to create 3D models, animations, and dynamic graphic effects to deliver unique and impressive event experiences.
• Technical knowledge:
Understanding of rendering techniques, lighting, shading, and texture mapping.
Ability to work with plugins and addons to enhance the performance and quality of the product.
• Communication and teamwork skills:
Good communication skills, especially in presenting ideas and collaborating with other team members in the project.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Time management and application of knowledge:
Demonstrates creativity and understanding of client needs in each project.
Ability to manage time and work under pressure to meet specific project deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability:
Willingness to work flexibly in projects with sudden changes or requirements for additional effort in the final stages of the project.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D design, particularly in event organization or advertising.
• Proficiency in using 3D design tools such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
• Energetic with fresh and exciting new ideas and concepts.
• Quick learning and have a good team work
• Detailed and focused on quality and innovation
• Passionate, highly committed & self- motivated
• University degree in graphic design, industrial design, graphic designer or commensurate experience…-
• Time- management and the ability to cope with several projects at a time
• Knowledge of printing, material or multimedia tools- Experience in event industry is a plus
• Good sense of marketing strategic & logical thinking, art, creative
• Proficient understanding of working with 3D files, animation, texture, lighting, and rendering.
• Proficient in using graphic design sofware : Illustrator, Photoshop, AI, 3dsmax, Sketchup, Autocad, lumion, unreal...
OTHER IFNOMATION:
• Probation: 2 months
• Working hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30- 6:00 (flexible hours)
• Welfare:
Monthly parking allowance for employees.
Lunch at the office from Monday to Thursday every week, snack on weekdays.

• Bonus for exceeding sales volume (if any): bonus according to company regulations when exceeding sales targets set for the year, bonus paid twice in February and June.
