Thực Tập Sinh AI (OJT AI Engineer)

Toshiba Software Development (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. (TSDV) is seeking motivated students with a strong background and passion for developing their careers in the AI/Data Science (AI/DS) field. Suitable candidates will have the opportunity to join our OJT program, where they will work on real projects under the guidance of senior engineers. High- performing candidates with potential may be considered for full- time positions.
At TSDV’s AI group, we aim to solve practical problems in Toshiba manufacturing and business by applying AI/DS techniques.

Education

Able to commit at least 24 hours/week to work at TSDV.
Final year students (will gradudate in 2026, 2027) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent.

Mandatory Skills

Genuine passion and motivation for AI/DS
Have experience in mini projects, Lab about GenAI/ LLM
Solid background in Linear Algebra, Probability & Statistics, and Signal Processing
Active, good team player, and responsible
Familiarity with at least one programming language: Python (most preferred), C++, Java

Advantage if have:

Basic knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics
Proficiency in English (especially reading, listening, writing skills); knowledge of Japanese is a plus
Familiarity with Linux OS
Basic experience with DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Python libraries (scikit- learn, numpy, scipy, pandas, matplotlib)

At OJT phase (until graduation):

Get part- time payment (Up to VND 10,000,000/ month)
Good cases will get long- term labor contract with TSDV right after graduation.
Working in team with Senior engineers/ Experts in practical projects.
