Thực tập sinh Ẩm thực (Food and Beverage Trainee)

- Assist the Hostess team in welcoming the guest
- Set up the table with the Hotel standard before service time
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests
- Proceed the daily/weekly/monthly inventory with the team
- Clear the table and re- set up the table
- Serve food and drinks to the guests with Hotel standard
- Understand well the menu to introduce the menu to guests
- Prepare the cutlery, crockery.... for daily service
- Make sure the restaurant and service station is always clean and tidy
- Other daily tasks will be share in the interview...
- Take order for food and beverage with Hotel standard

- Vietnamese only
- Knowledgeable about beverages and experience of working in restaurant
- Customer- oriented, customer relationship skills
- Basic computer skills
- Hotel management college diploma or above
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
