Thực Tập Sinh Đào Tạo Full-Time

To conduct the course:

Input and update training data on the training database.
Schedule, monitor, and grade the test if have.
Get training survey
Prepare logistics for training courses: book training venue/room, set up training venue/room as required, book tea break, prepare training materials, etc.
Take a role as an MC if needed.
Follow the attendance tracking and homework if have.
Send invitation, reminder, or any associated information if have to Trainer and Trainees.

To report course:

Report results and training survey after finishing the course as required.

Perform other assigned duties.

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology;
Good skills in Time Management, Effective Communication, Word/Excel/Powerpoint skill
Knowledge of principles and methods for training coordination;
Have personal laptop
Ability to read & write, listen and speak English/Japanese with moderate to high proficiency;
