Coordinate to set performance goals and objectives with upper management.
Coordinate with other departments to complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
Coordinate to organize internal and external events
Observe experienced colleagues to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
Understand each department’s (e.g. Supply Chain, Production, R&M, QA. QC) daily processes and goals
Coordinate to set up work procedures, document systems, the flow of information
Acquire knowledge of the development and administration of FESV policy and programs.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in management or similar/relevant field is ideal for this position.
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
Candidate has bachelor&039;s degree in Business field is preferred.
