Support recruitment activities by managing candidate information, posting jobs on recruiting websites/SNS, contacting candidates.
Support company survey program targeting users in IT companies.
Support to organize engaging events to create a vibrant and happy workplace for our young talents such as office parties, quarterly company parties, year- end parties, holiday events, company trips, etc.
Receive and screen candidate resumes to match the company&039;s requirements.
Perform other tasks as requested by the HR team.
Support health insurance procedures for employees.
Manage cleaning services at the office.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Passionate about Human Resources with a long- term career goal in HR management.
Female, 3rd- year or final- year students.
Intermediate- level English skills (writing/speaking).
Good communication and writing skills in Vietnamese.
Flexible and able to work well with people.
Proficient in office computer skills and familiar with basic design tools.
Detail- oriented, reliable, and self- developing mindset.
Good planning and time management skills for multitasking.

Opportunity to become a full- time employee.
Internship allowance: 30,000 VND/hour.
Flexible working hours within office hours from 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (schedule can be adjusted to fit school schedule).
