Support recruitment process: Posting, screening CV, contact to the candidates
In conjunction with Department Heads, develop departmental on the job training schedules that meet departmental operating objectives
Ensure that property is up- to- date in terms of implementing corporate learning programs and people development programs.
Coordinate with other departments for roster, timesheet, and payroll
Manage the personal files of all employees
Conduct regular communications with hotel executive members and departmental trainers/ facilitators in order to ensure both business and learning needs are met.
Prepare and administer the annual training calendar on a regular basis.
Participate and HR activities as and when required by HR Leader
Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace
Maintain an up- to- date record of suppliers of training resources
Monitor training activities conducted on and off site

English communication
Hard working and careful in completing the tasks
Enthusiasm
Senior students or graduated students from University/ College
Prefer fulltime working: Monday- Friday
