JOB DESCRIPTIONS
HR Intern role is essential in supporting HR initiatives, administrative tasks, and HR projects. contributing to the effective management of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Talent Acquisition
Screen and review resumes.
Support other recruitment activities such as attending job fairs and recruitment events.
Post job advertisements on job boards and social media.
Schedule interviews and notify candidates.
Onboarding process
Monitor and support new employees during their probation period.
Create and manage new employee files.
Guide new employees through paperwork and internal systems.
Prepare necessary documents and resources for new hires.
Administrative Support
Manage HR- related paperwork and office supplies.
Support the Admin team with daily tasks and event coordination such as scheduling, meetings, managing mail, phone calls, and emails.
HR Initiatives and Projects
Coordinate with other departments to implement employee development programs.
Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to make strategic decisions.
Employer Branding
Respond to inquiries from potential candidates.
Attract potential candidates (focus on Tiktok and Facebook).
