Thực Tập Sinh Scrum Master

Coordinate & support the team&039;s main Scrum Master in the following activities:

Report Agile implementation issues and status to the board of directors to obtain information and make appropriate suggestions to build a cohesive culture among team members.
Coordinate events according to the Scrum framework. Ensure the development team and stakeholders follow Agile processes
Early warning of risks and problems that the team is encountering to support coordination and help the team thoroughly handle them
Complete all types of reports and coordination tasks with other departments
Resolve internal and external issues to avoid disruption to the development team

Final year students/waiting to graduate from universities, priority given to having good academic performance and achievements. Can work full- time
Have good communication and teamwork skills. Ready to learn new knowledge
Have a progressive spirit and high initiative
