Job Description

• We are looking for a young and dedicated HR Intern, who will take responsibility for the following:
• Assist to take responsible for Talent Acquisition (Recruitment & Employer Branding).
• Work on recruiting full-cycle sourcing, new hiring processes and onboarding process for non-IT positions (Mass recruitment, BO position).
• Support and involve in recruitment branding activities via social media platforms and recruitment events.
• Assist in routine administrative tasks if needed.
• Other tasks required by the HR Leader and HR Manager.

• Able to work 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
• Have internship recruitment experience in any field/ industry is a strong plus.
• Have essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
• Trustworthy, careful, organized and detail-oriented.
• A fast learner.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and data programs.
• Good command of English (equal to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700).
• Show initiative and has a strong work ethic.
