Thực Tập Sinh Xử Lý Hồ Sơ Full-Time / Part-Time 2024

- Translate proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Take responsibility for the consistency and linguistic quality of all documents which are distributed externally and internally.
- Check translations of proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.
- Fill in simple forms and other documents as required
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, ETC. as needed.
- Run general industry- related errands.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager and Director.

- 3rd or 4th- year student from Universities/Colleges; good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
Commitment to work for more than 6 months
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Strong reading, writing, comprehension, and editing skills.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

- Salary:
- Part- time (At least 3 days/week): Up to 200,000 VND/ day + Benefits
- Full- time (Graduates): Up to 5,000,000 VND/month + Benefits
