Tiktok Livestream Operations (6-Months)

Tiktok operation: 20%

Other tasks to be assigned by Line Manager.
Stock management: Ensure there is no stock shortage of deals.
Daily collaboration with platform KAM & brand team to monitor & optimize performance.

Tiktok Brand management: 80%
Content management: 25%

Work with brand team to plan Tiktok content and create videos to build brand in Tiktok.
Brief video in details and follow up production process.
Manage Video upload Schedule.

Livestream: 55%

Brief thumbnail and follow up set up deals for Internal brands (ARIUL + CARASUN + ROJUKISS + DERMA ANGEL)
Livestream performance report and improvement suggestion.
Livestream preparation: prepare document, data & script for livestreaming, prepare products’ testers in advance and handling testers, prevent loss, work with Creative team to deliver final designed livestream frame, be able design basic product thumbnails, standby during livestreams.
Standby in studio in Binh Thanh to manage Livestream daily including deals and host (3- 4 days/week), Follow up livestream of KOL.

Basic design skills (Photoshop/ Canva/…) is a plus
Detail- oriented
Be able to handle multi- task and excellent in data management.
Working location: Head Office (District 1) & Studio (Binh Thanh District)
Can thrive in a fast- paced work environment and can work under pressure
Minimum 01 year of experience in e- commerce operations (Tiktok management is a plus)
Be a good team player & fast learner
