• Support other parts when required
• Inspection of machinery, equipment and belongings in the area in charge before entering the shift
• Assigning and arranging service personnel to perform their jobs according to regulations
• Assigning subordinate employees to prepare tools, tools, equipment, set up tables, clean toilets in the area responsible
• Report to superior levels of damage, malfunction, missing and excess part maintenance
• Mobilize staff to support the area, other departments when required
• Make outgoing vouchers to send to the higher level for approval and proceed to receive goods at warehouse
• Monitor and supervise the use of tools during shift work
• Collaborate with other staff to do the preparation work
• Check the preparation work before the service hours, welcome guests
• Supervise, supervise, guide and direct the subordinates to fully and accurately perform the work in the area.

Experience in 4 or 5- star Hospitality required;
Experience in partnering and working closely with different stakeholders at various levels
Strong background in hotel operations;
Bachelor’s Degree/Certificate in Hospitality or related areas;
Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office tools;
