Duties and Professional Responsibilities
• Handle customer complaints effectively or reports them to superior
• Knows all our products (Sports & Recreation) and promotes, up selling to guest if any chance.
• Ensures that all equipment is collected from the trip to store after finished the trip
• Identify the Source and apply information on legal and ethical issues which impact on the tourism industry.
• Provide assistance where required to guests dring the tour.
• Prepare tour for guest trip and ensure all belonging carry along as departmental standards
• Guide tours according to legal, ethical and safety requirements.
• Update tourism industry knowledge
• Provide assistance with other activities or event
• Ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service during the tour
• Arrange with Car driver or Local Restaurant for the trip and meal of guest if any
• Has detailed understanding of safety procedures and follow
• Provide information, history of the destinations guest visited and gentle answer guest question.
Administrative & General Responsibilities
• Interacts with guests actively soliciting feedback.
• Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
• Ensures that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually
• Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues
• Attends meetings and training as required by Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language

Required Knowledge / Skill / Qualification
• Good communication english
• Certificated of domestic tour guide is required
• Understands the health and safety, fire and emergency procedures, CPR, First aid and other
• Knowledgeable of all department activities
