Position Summary
Phong Nha Holiday is seeking a Tour Operations Manager – based in HCM to oversee and coordinate all- inclusive tour programs for corporate and organizational clients. Main destinations include Quảng Bình and the Central region, as well as Cát Tiên National Park (Đồng Nai). The ideal candidate has strong experience in tour operations, solid organizational and decision- making skills, and a proactive spirit with the ability to take on challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Standardize procedures and continuously improve tour operation quality.
Build, develop, and manage a network of tour guides; assign guides for each tour; develop guidebooks and organize regular training to improve guide quality.
Work with, negotiate, and maintain relationships with transport providers, hotels, restaurants, attractions, and related services to ensure service quality and cost efficiency; develop annual service tariffs.
Coordinate all services within tour programs and supervise operations from preparation to completion; accompany key groups when required.
Conduct site inspections and propose new products and services to enhance guest experiences.
Monitor service quality throughout tour operations and proactively handle issues that arise.
Manage, train, and allocate tasks for tour operations staff.
