As a Trade Activation Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating various events and promotions to drive brand activation and customer engagement. You will work closely with the Trade Marketing team, led by a Senior Trade Marketing Supervisor, to ensure the successful implementation of trade marketing activities targeting customers and consumers. Your role will involve collaborating with agency teams, coordinating event logistics, managing vendors and suppliers, and analyzing event data to optimize future strategies.
Event Planning and Execution
Conduct site visits and final inspections to ensure adherence to client and venue standards, addressing any issues promptly.
Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, including booking venues and contractors.
Work with the warehouse and admin teams to track event merchandise, check stock levels, and manage repairs or replacements before events.
Collaborate with the agency team to plan and execute events, including creating marketing materials and managing all aspects of event activation.
Event Strategy and Coordination
Research and secure suitable venues, negotiate contracts and coordinate logistics with vendors and suppliers.
Analyze event data and customer feedback to improve future events and marketing strategies.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and create on- brand activations, promotions, and compelling event collateral.
Collaborate with the Trade Marketing and Marketing teams to develop an event calendar and align event activities with brand strategies.
Event Management and Reporting
Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated resources.
Ensure seamless event execution by overseeing all aspects, including setup, logistics, registration, and guest experience.
Provide post- event analysis and reports, including attendance, sales data, and customer feedback, to evaluate event success and make recommendations for future improvements.
Coordinate with cross- functional teams, including sales representatives and brand ambassadors, to ensure consistent messaging and representation.
