Senior Event Activation Executive

Working time: Monday to Friday, 8h30 AM- 6h00 PM (including 1,5 hours for lunch break)
Working location: 369B- C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do paperwork such as contract, payment advance and liquidation, etc.
Manage all offline events and activation
Liaise between Clients and all third parties involved
Guide the team to develop storyboards of performances, video clips, visuals following the show content
Make a task list and allocate the resources to execute the campaign
Represent the company at events onsite to take care of Clients
Report to Clients after the projects
Manage production, LED screens, AV system, stage effects, choreographers, audio producers, PGs,...

* Others:

Other tasks assigned by Account Manager/Managing Director
Report to Account Manager
Keep the Team updated with Competitors&039; activities or Industry trend

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Excellent troubleshooting and solution- finding skills in terms of Staff and projects
Good understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Event execution
Strong problem- solving, negotiation & coordination
A positive and strong leader
Be able to start working soon
Ability to work under pressure
Good organizational and time management skills
