Purpose And Mission: Driving revenue growth and achieving KPI targets for Lixibox in the Vietnamese market. This role will oversee the Revenue teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of strategic initiatives. The Commercial Director will be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the overall business strategy and driving the company&039;s success in Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, market share, and profitability.
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Vietnam, aligning with the overall company objectives and vision.
Lead and manage the Revenue and Inventory teams, fostering a high- performing and collaborative environment.
Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, including unit economics such as sales, margins, performance marketing, marketing sell- in/sell- out margin, delivery percentage, employee cost by channel, and listing fees.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies.
Report regularly to the CEO on performance, progress, and key challenges.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
Manage the budget and resources allocated to commercial activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge & Understanding:
Understanding of financial management principles. Being able to manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and allocate resources effectively is important.
Deep understanding of the industry, including brands, categories, and their respective target markets.
Knowledge of various promotion and activation strategies.
Strong grasp of shopper behavior.
Familiarity with pricing strategies and their application in the retail environment.
Expertise in market research methodologies.
