Job Description:
Ensures that the local feedback about marketing programs and relevant Circa business issues is taken into account by regularly visiting sales teams, customers, and stores
Leading the development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories seasonal, market, and competitor
Collaborates with product managers and sales team to build sales promotions and product communication in the trade that attract business from wholesalers, distributors, FS, and Clinic
Putting in place, monitoring and improving processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team
Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase the presence and visibility of the products
Ensures efficient spending of the central budget and supervises the trade marketing spending
Collaborates with sales teams to turn the “selling stories” into sales tools to effectively present the brands, the products, and the marketing initiatives to their customers
Manages the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, and assortment...) by finding the most efficient solutions
Make plan control Budget suitable with sale increase adapt by week, month, quarter, year
Coordinate with the consumer marketing team for audit strategy and plan to ensure the compliance of the sales team regarding sales procedure and implementation of marketing programs results by day, week, month, quarter, year
Work closely with Sale and merchandise team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets ( >20%/year/Pharmacy store)
Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing in the Pharmaceutical industry or Retail industry
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive business decisions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue growth
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
